Nurse Ratched has seen every aspect of human behavior in her years as a nurse. She is helping Tim with the community’s Facebook group, and brings a certain “Strict Nurse” authoritarianism with her. With her lack of patience with negativity, mean-spiritedness, and deceit she immediately implemented group rules. Like herding cats, this effort is frequently not successful. Nurse Ratched laments she can’t just sedate or tie up the violators, like in her nursing jobs.
