Reason #3: Kelle Rahm – Not A Verified Property Owner

It’s no secret that Kelle Rahm, the self-proclaimed sole Decision Maker of the Camp Branch Acres POA, has stirred her fair share of controversy. But recently, a peculiar detail about her leadership qualifications came to light: she may not even be a property owner. According to the local appraisal district, Kelle Rahm is not a property owner. And here’s the kicker—hers is the only property (supposedly) in all of Camp Branch Acres that doesn’t list an owner. That’s right, folks. Everyone else is right there in black and white, but Kelle? She’s an enigma.

But Kelle has an explanation, of course. Word on the street is that she’s not listed because she worked in a “sensitive position” involving criminals. Now, that sure sounds impressive. Does that match with your impression of this fragile psych? Was she an undercover agent? A high-ranking official handling covert operations? Or maybe, just maybe, she was working with criminals in a completely different way—hand in hand. After all, some might argue that anyone who’s made the kind of decisions Kelle has might have a more personal relationship with criminal activity.

Was she qualified as a property owner before she ran for the board? Was she qualified as a property owner before she seized the chair position?

And if she’s not on the title, well then… who is? Could it be Dan Watts (Facebook alias), aka Randy Wolfe (real name, maybe), who seems to pop up at all the right (and wrong) times? Is he the true owner pulling the strings while Kelle plays the part of the puppet?

This brings us to a vital question for the community: Can we really accept a chairwoman who isn’t even a confirmed property owner? Maybe that “sensitive” work with criminals has left her too shy to put her name on the title. Or maybe she’s just more comfortable working in the shadows—where transparency is optional, and accountability is a foreign concept.

One thing’s for sure: Camp Branch Acres has never had a phantom property owner lead the charge as chair of the board quite like Kelle Rahm. Perhaps it’s time we expect a little more from our leaders than simply hiding behind excuses.

And yes – if she is “in danger” with having her name out there, we will change her to Kelle Mahme on all entries with a simple email from her to publicinfo@campbranchacres.org But who runs for a POA board position that needs to stay anonymous for safety?

Randy was on the board before also. Our bylaws state you have to be a property owner to be a member of the association. I’m sure one of them is on the title. It would be weird for both of them to be, since they aren’t married.
