Camp Branch Acres is such a peaceful subdivision, with absolutely nothing going on.
If we were living in another community we might have:
- a major road washed out, leading to residents driving through a field with gravel on it
- a major road washed out, leading to uncertain 911 access
- a report of vandalism and the theft of a millenial’s safe space
- draining of a lake within the subdivision
- questions about the safety of a privately owned dam
- evacuation of residents related to the privately owned dam
- damages from Hurricane Beryl
- the enormous amount of volunteer hours given by residents to help each other out with cleanup from the April rains and Hurricane Beryl
- the rollback of bylaws to their 2023 state
Well, what do you expect when the chairman is sending these signals?
